Climate finance & offtake

Prepare credible projects for the right commercial conversation.

The starting point

Project owners, investors & carbon buyers

Capital needs a clear view of what is being developed, who is responsible and what must happen next. We support the commercial preparation that helps project owners, investors and buyers have that conversation.

Each opportunity requires its own diligence, authority and agreed terms. This page describes project-preparation support; it is not a public investment offer, a fund-management claim or a promise of returns.
01

Clarify the mandate

Establish the project, the authorised parties and the financing or offtake objective.

02

Prepare the materials

Organise the development pathway, assumptions, evidence gaps, budget and proposed milestones.

03

Progress the discussion

Coordinate an appropriately scoped conversation with relevant investors, buyers and specialist partners.

Start with

Investor / Offtake Readiness Memo

Agree the scope around the decision you need to make. The starting materials and outputs below provide a basis for that conversation.

What to prepare

  • The project owner, authorised parties and proposed financing or buyer objective.
  • Available project evidence, development stage, budget and key assumptions.
  • Known commercial commitments, development milestones and unresolved questions.

What the work can produce

  • A concise project and commercial-readiness memo for an appropriately scoped discussion.
  • An evidence index covering rights, technical work, community context and budget assumptions.
  • A proposed sequence of diligence, development milestones and commercial next steps.

The work may include investor materials, project budget planning, milestone structuring, buyer discussions and potential pre-sale offtake pathways. Financing, price, volume and delivery terms require project-specific diligence and agreement.

Beyond the starting point

How a project conversation progresses

Begin with a non-confidential summary. Confirm fit, authority and the purpose of the discussion before agreeing confidentiality arrangements or sharing a detailed project pack. Any financing or offtake decision follows its own review and terms.

Let’s move it forward
